About the Role

Pindan Asset Management is seeking the services of an experienced External Works Coordinator to join our Belmont Team.

As an External Works Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination and management of all reporting relating to the delivery of quoted works to achieve 100% compliance with applicable timeframes outlined in Pindan’s client Performance Framework
  • Ensuring all sub-contractor responsibilities are complete prior to releasing payments
  • Preparing sub-contractor tender packages, call tenders and prepare summary reports for award
  • Ensuring the engagement of only approved subcontractors who have successfully met the contractual requirement
  • Effectively respond to queries from key stakeholders including members of the client team, subcontractors, customers (tenants) and staff
  • Management and coordination of programmed maintenance and cyclical activities including the supervision of activity schedules, process assurance, stakeholder liaison, forecasting, subcontractors and payments     
  • Assisting in setting goals and objectives with service support and operations staff to ensure that all work orders are completed accurately and timely
  • Monitoring and issuing process non-compliances
  • Being proactive in the identification of business improvements, work method and procedure efficiencies and engage with the development of corrective initiatives
  • Effectively communicating the maintenance and work plan strategy to staff and subcontractors

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • 3+ year’s previous construction/maintenance works experience. Focussing on works order management in a high volume and KPI regulated environment
  • Degree qualified in contract, construction or project management
  • Relevant trade knowledge / experience or similar preferred
  • Experience with MS Word, MS Excel and related programs
  • A Current Driver Licence
  • Strong time management and effective problem solving techniques.
