About the Role

Pindan Asset Management is seeking the services of an experienced Maintenance Labourer to join the team in our Karratha Branch.

As a Maintenance Labourer your responsibilities will include:

  • Grounds care which including mowing, slashing, edging, fertilising, weeding and pruning.
  • Green waste removal, general waste removal, operating ground maintenance equipment.
  • Performing maintenance on ground equipment.
  • Deliver safe, high quality, and timely service delivery.
  • Materials movements and delivery- including furniture, white goods and appliances.
  • General maintenance activities on workshop tooling and assets.
  • Assisting general trades in their maintenance activates.

About You

  • Ability to plan work and achieve outcomes;
  • Effective problem solving techniques and skills especially as it relates to delivery of outcomes;
  • Effective time management skills;
  • Skills in progress reporting and completion of activities;
  • Safe and effective manual handling techniques and execution.
