About the Role

Pindan Contracting is seeking the services of an experienced Site Administrator to join the team. This role will be FIFO out of Perth on a 15:6 roster.

As a Site Administrator you will be required to:

  • Update registers in Excel including mobilisation registers, site rosters, contact lists
  • Answering phone calls and either directing them to relevant staff, in a polite and efficient manner or taking messages or attending to minor queries;
  • Assist the onsite HSE Advisor and HSE Manager in maintaining all necessary safety requirements on site;
  • Assist the Contracts Administrator in organisation of purchase orders, delivery dockets and other paperwork on site;
  • Book flights and accommodation for staff and contractors; and
  • General office work including filing and archiving.


About You


To be considered for this role, you will have:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook, experience using SAP, as well as experience in the use of construction programmes;
  • Excellent organisational and management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
