About the Role

Pindan Asset Management is seeking the services of an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join the team in our Port Hedland branch on the Department of Housing Maintenance Works and Services project. 

As a Maintenance Plumber you will be required to:

  • Carry out efficient and accurate delivery of maintenance work and service is within a dynamic work environment
  • Use people management skills to manage work and performance of multiple teams and subcontractors to achieve outcomes
  • Manage supply chain and inventory management processes
  • Use effective problem solving techniques and skills to deliver favourable outcome
  • Build and maintain a risk management culture by forming positive relationships with Safety, Quality, Environment, Community with all stakeholders
  • Use effective time management skills including sequencing of own work and resource time management
  • Demonstrate active safety, quality & environmental leadership and take ownership / responsibility
  • Use decision making skills to come to quick and confident solutions
  • Communicate risks and their controls with the right people at the right time
  • Accurately manage project document and records
  • Proactively represent the company at all time

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • An unrestricted Western Australian Plumbing and Gas Licences (Servicing and Installation)
  • Extensive Western Australian maintenance plumbing experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Be reliable, punctual and able to work autonomously
  • Hold a valid, unrestricted Manual, Western Australian Drivers Licence
  • Be able to provide a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Clearance prior to commencement
